A singleton wich loads the xml definitions file, with some utility methods to use when parsing the xml.

org.w3c.dom.Document	getAlertDocument() Loads the alert xml file from tne file given in PropertyConstants.DOCUMENT, defaults to alert.xml.

getAlertDocument

public org.w3c.dom.Document getAlertDocument()
                                      throws java.lang.Exception

Loads the alert xml file from tne file given in PropertyConstants.DOCUMENT, defaults to alert.xml.

public static PropertyUtil instance()

Get the singleton instance wich owns the Document.

getAgents
