Extensions to axis for Amsterdam/JBoss.

Some extensions for axis that was written to make it easy to expose mbeans as webservices. This is done through the MBeanProxyProvider. Is also contains an axis deployer service (which by the time it as written worked better than the one in JBoss): DeployerServiceJMX. By using is it is actually very simple to embed axis is an sar and get automatic deployment and undeployment.
