extends java.net.MalformedURLException

Thrown when URI is now wellformed.

Extends MalformedURLException altough the reverse should actually be the case. But extending MalformedURLException makes conging a little bit easier:

 try {
   URI uri = new URI("/WEB-INF/my.res");
   URL url = uri.getURL();
 }catch(MalformedURLException ex) {
 // do something with ex.
  }
